EU-China Business and Technology Cooperation Fair has been held for 9 editions with total attendance of over 2,400 European enterprises, international organizations, governmental authorities, universities and research institutions as well as more than 4,400 Chinese counterparts.And a total of 22,291 B2B matchmaking meetings has held and reached 1,465 successful cooperation agreements between European and Chinese delegates.Today, EU-China Business and Technology Cooperation Fair has become an important brand involved by the most member states of EU, attended most widely by enterprises from EU, and represents the largest platform for investment, trade and technological cooperation between European Union and China. 2015 marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations betweenEU and China. It is an important milestone for an ever closer relationship between 28 EU member states and China. The10thEU-China Business and Technology Cooperation Fair will be an essential event to celebrate and usher in a new prospect for bilateral relations. In the context of the importance of the land and Maritime Silk Roads linking China and Europe, the10thEU-China Business and Technology Cooperation Fairwill take place in three vital strategic cities of North and West China, Qingdao ,Chengdu and Mianyang: the first phase in Qingdao from 5 to 6 November 2015 , the second phase in Chengdu from 9 to 10 November 2015,and the third phase in Mianyagn on 11 November 2015. Mianyang is the second largest city in Sichuan province.
