20 Feb 2018
Welcome to a full day of training of four much appreciated web-tools that facilitate the day-to-day work for EEN staff. The objective is to let you get familiar with how the tools work and how you can use them in a way that suits you and your consortium in the best way possible. An overview will be followed by typical practical examples, own trials, questions and answers, and comments and suggestions on how the tools could be improved. Nir-vana platform: Go through the most important functions and simulate a few processes between an Innovation Advisor and an SME. We also explain how you can make use of the activity tracker for reporting typical EEN activities. eenmatch: Explain how the tool works and how it can adapted to your consortium and how you can administrate it to allocate contact persons for geographical areas.IMT for EEN: Present the latest developments and explain how it can be managed and adapted to special needs. We will also discuss how it can be updated and improved according to the new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 2019 and beyond, including inputs and latest news from the EEN working group on the same subject.EasyPP and EasyEOI: Clarify functions and new updates of the present EasyPP and to present the new EasyEOI and how it can facilitate keeping track of your expressions of interests from the POD and from elsewhere. To show how you easily can follow-up the status of collaboration between potential partners and how it interacts with Nir-vana and the IMT.
