This solution foresees the integration with the Google georeferencing system and other platforms through export formats, namely XML, Excel or SQL formats and contains the following components:
• MySQL database, designed to store all the information processed by the system.
• IVR server responsible for managing the automated customer assistance system (optional).
• Application Server for the management of claims with regard to modules and functionality available to the general public, in particular to applications for issuance of resident e-card for rotary, among others. Applications will be performed via Web using the HTTP protocol.
• Application server for the management of claims with regard to system management modules. Applications will be performed via Web using HTTP protocol only by properly authenticated users.
• Server for the communication with mobile terminals, mobile identification systems and parking meters.
