They are now looking to grow the business by delivering high volume outbound telemarketing contracts. To do this, they need to partner with established small call-centre providers throughout Europe that they can co-operate with on a long term basis and outsource high volume contracts to. The partner should have the ability to manage outbound calls, good technology including call recording, with between 20 – 200 telemarketers who must be fluent in English.
Typically a high volume contract will be for a specific project that would be delivered over a 3 month period and may require sales calls or simply providing information.
