A Croatian company is looking for partners for a financial agreement in order to finalize its project "safe life". The project represents the establishment of a call center that will be a central point for helping people of all ages.
A Croatian company is looking for a business partner in order to start a cooperation in form of a financial agreement. The company has developed a project/program which is called "safe life" and which represents a service that is aimed to provide care and help to people of all ages over phone, a SOS device and call center. The service is already known in most EU countries as "tele-care", "tele-health", "tele-monitoring". The program is ready for the market and since Croatia doesn't have a service similar to this, it could be a success. In favor of this is the fact that for older people it is often difficult and expensive to get to the nursery home, therefore the expectation of more than 10 000 users of the service in Croatia. What is needed is capital for an intensive start and introduction into the market, for marketing and initial work expenses. The program includes a call center with complete infrastructure (premise of 600 m2, own antenna access, aggregate of 60 KW, GPS system, recording of all conversations, etc.). The center could employ over 100 agents/call dispatchers, which would create 50 - 100 new jobs.
The company expects partners to fund an amount from 200,000 euros to 1,000,000 euros. The partner is entitled to a compensation of 1 EUR per user/per month for € 200,000 and a maximum of 3 euros per user/per month for an investment of one million euros.
This would be the first of such programs/services in Croatia and it is expected that more than 10 000 users of this service will be registered in Croatia. This service will be very useful for older people who often don't have the possibility to go to nursery homes or to the doctors.
The potential partner could be an investor who would provide capital for the project "safe life". Role of the partner sought is provision of financial support. An advantage would be if the potential partner has already worked on similar products and thus understands the value of such a project.
