A Croatian company established in 1999, specialized in damp protection and recovery of old buildings, is looking for partners who would use their system in the recovery of capillary damp. This method of drying walls by means of pulsating waves, which also serves as a preventative system for re-emergence of capillary damp, is recommended by architects, as well as restoration and preservation experts. This system is intended to capillary damp recovery in all kinds of buildings – ranging from monumental buildings with historical importance to private houses. The system is currently used in Serbia by architects and construction companies.
The advantage of this system is that for its installation there is no need for doing extra construction work, f.e. drilling. It is environmentally friendly and achieves significant savings (up to 40%) in costs of heating. What is most important is the fact that by using this system for the damp recovery, the unpleasant smell of damp disappears, as well as mold and fungi that appear because of damp. The system has a low energy consumption (4.5 W/h) and it can run on electricity with an adapter or on battery as well.
Desired cooperation partners are construction companies, architects, companies that could use the system in order to first complete the damp recovery of a building before doing any construction works and the company proposes a subcontracting agreement
- does not interfere with the structure of the building
- does not require long-term construction works
- is economically justified
- prevents further deterioration and constant renewal of the facility
- enables much easier space heating
- saves heating costs up to 40%
- eliminates health risks and the space quickly becomes adequate to stay in is small in size and fits into showrooms and museums
The desired partners are construction companies, architects, companies working on the recovery of old but also new buildings. The system can also be used on monumental structures, which are part of the cultural heritage, therefore companies engaged in recovery of monuments can also be potential business partners. They are expected to use the system in their work and damp recovery processes.
