The manufacturing technology used is IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), with a freezing capacity of 3 tons per hour. The packaging systems of the company allow deliveries in bulk bags of 10 or 20 kg or in smaller ones, weighing from 250 grams up to 2.5 kilograms.
