This olive oil is extremely smooth, with a touch of chlorophyll, delicate but intense;
2nd – Superior category extra virgin olive oil, produced with the Portuguese traditional varieties Galega, Cordovil and Verdeal. Collected in Elvas city area, south of Portugal, with large thermic amplitude what gives it a smoothly taste with fruitfully unmistakable aroma;
3rd – Superior category extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical process. The cold extraction provides high quality and unique flavour, ideal for salads, grilled fish and cod fish.
