It is looking for sales partners (sales agents, distributors, industrial equipment and machinery manufacturers, boilermakers) in Europe interested in commercial agency agreement/distribution services agreement to introduce and sell their ecological paint-stripping station to SMEs and larger industries on the local market.
The French R&D and innovation laboratory is specialized in the formulation, the detergence, the surface treatment, the study of materials and material processing methods. They help their clients, which are industries and SMEs to enhance their development and green growth. In France they already installed 20 paint-stripping stations since 2011, 10 others are ongoing and 2 stations have recently been installed in Switzerland. For the French market, the company is directly in contact with the final clients. For the sales development in other countries, the company is looking for sales intermediaries (sales agents, distributors, industrial equipment and machinery manufacturers, boilermakers) in Europe that are able to introduce their ecological paint-stripping station to SMEs and larger industries on their local market.
The mission of the potential partner would be to develop sales for two elements: firstly the equipment machine (ecological paint-stripping station) and secondly the consumable (paint stripper concentrate).
The paint-stripping station can be used for instance to strip doors, shutters, wooden furniture, steel or aluminum parts, cast iron radiator, electrical cabinets etc. Final clients, to whom the sales partner will introduce the equipment are service providers and subcontracting companies working for aeronautic, railway, building, and automotive industries. Besides, any company subcontracting or doing in-house powder coating could be interested by the equipment and the concentrate.
Ideally, the potential partners should already sell complementary products: paints, inks, tools, painting/coating machines or equipment.
The French company would like to entrust the sales development to their sales partners on the basis of a common agreement including the area covered in the country, the actions carried out by the partner to ensure an effective presence. The partners will be in charge of the client search, of building the sales network and developing reliable relationships with the final users to understand their needs and solutions expected. Diluted in water, it forms an active emulsion, which swell and soften the liquid paints or powder coatings. Their paint -stripper meets French and European standards. It is safe for the environment and its users. The pickling station recovers the waste resulting from each pickling in order to minimize the cost of waste removal for their clients. Besides, the paint-stripper can be handled, stored and used by any type of industry.
The potential partner should already sell complementary products, for instance paints, inks, tools, painting/coating machines or equipment. And/or the partner should have an existing client portfolio that could suit to the client targeted by the French company.
The French company is looking for sales partners: sales agents, distributors, industrial equipment and machinery manufacturers, boilermakers. They will be in charge of :
1/ identifying customers in their own clients list and presenting the technical advantages of the solution developed by the French company
2/ listing new prospects of local SMEs and larger industries and presenting them the ecological paint-stripping station
3/ carrying out demonstration tests if necessary
4/ suggesting a commercial offer including the equipment and consumables
5/ giving feedback to the French company about new needs and expectations of the final clients to adapt the system and the concentrate solution
6/ making sure the final client has the financial capacity
7/ following up each contact made with a potential client and once the client orders the equipment, the partner will make sure that the client buys consumables on a regular basis (replenishment).
