The platform is in saas mode and has been designed to support innovation processes or transformation projects.
Two markets are targeted: medium and large companies (R&D, innovation, marketing, human resources, communication…), and public corporations because all companies and public corporations have to reinvent theirs processes, product/service offerings and business models.
The platform is a collective intelligence tool designed to support “massive collaboration innovation trips”. People may work together from anywhere in the world, following a structured approach in an asynchronous mode. So they may build and lead together a lot of kinds of projects (ideas submision, ideas selection projects building (goal, task...), projects leading. The ways to use the Platform are described just below.
In the Innovation field, the platform may support the following approaches: crowdsourcing campaigns with clients, development of innovation communities, participative innovation with employees, Innovation challenges: trophies, hackathons…, co-creation of product or service offering with external partners, organization of Proofs of Concept with start-ups.
In the transformation field, the platform may support the following approaches: transformation projects mobilizing all employees, internal process re-design, digital transformation, continuous improvement, collaborative design of a strategic scheme.
In the public sector, the platform may support the following approaches: collaborative projects with citizens, Monitoring of citizens’ perceptions, participative budget.

The platform is on the market since January 2015. Four consulting firms are already partners for the french market.
The business model proposed to licensee or franchised partners in their respective markets is to sell consulting assignments supported by the platform, or to sell the platform “alone” in a subscription mode. Today the clients are mainly large corporations, but also some public local authorities (towns, regions).
The SME wants now to develop its turnover abroad. Service is required to implement the platform (especially setting). Implementation should be done by the partner sought in the case of the platform is sold by the partner to a client.Thus franchise and licence agreements are looked for.

The partnership includes: access to the software, training and certification, maintenance and development of the software, adaptation of the software to specific needs, commission on sale if final client wants his own access to the software.
