The aim is to compare the technological development steps with the theoretical simulations and to optimize the design of individual plant components. The reactor consists of several layers for heating and cooling individual reactor components.
The potential partner should be experienced in the field of theoretical simulation of the thermal processes as well as the material flows in reactors. Preferred is a research or a technical cooperation agreement.
The innovative reactor consists of several layers. These specific functional layers are for example one layer for heating and one layer for cooling.
The introduced material changes (material flow) strongly affect the mechanical and physical properties through the whole process.
In the phase of development of a new technology, the company sought to simulate the temperature change in the reactor chamber as a function of the material input and the controlled heat input at defined zones. Furthermore, the simulation of the material flow is sought, by taking into account the change in material properties during the course of the process.
