The system uses built-in software to drive the control valve, which controls flow of coolant through an integral heat exchanger thus ensuring proper mixing of hot & cold coolant flows to ensure the required temperature on a cold plate surface. Built-in temperature sensors provide the inputs for the software driving the control valve. The system comprises a circulation assembly complete with a pump and accumulator that accounts for thermal expansion/contraction of coolant. To make sure that the system operates within the required confines of pressure/temperature, additional control devices are provided, including pressure sensors and valves. The system is fitted with safety and self-diagnostic features. The system is modular and generic in nature. The company offers also diverse complementary electronics cooling technologies spanning wide range of power losses.
