The brokerage event will be organized in the context of the joint Romanian–Hungarian cluster conference: bridging countries; reaching Europe. The rationale behind the joint conference is to bridge the cluster success stories of 2 neighbouring Eastern European countries which have followed different ways in reaching the same result- the establishment of a competitive and sustainable cluster landscape – in order to scale it up on the wider European perspective.
The event invites cluster experts and practitioners to a lively debate on relevant cluster topics such as sustainable business models, cluster support tools, role of universities, the Y generation and the start-ups, and enjoys the presence of eminent representatives of European organizations, national and international clusters, academia, companies, and renowned experts.
In addition to the high scientific and informative character, a special focus will be put on innovative SMEs with dedicated sessions and a B2B/C2C brokerage event with a strong practical side facilitating bilateral business meetings between participating national and international companies and clusters, conducted with the support of Enterprise Europe Network.
The brokerage event will take place in parallel with the conference, during the first day, the 20th of November. The Enterprise Europe Network host organisation will be also involved in the sections of the conference. The brokerage events has two parts: a cluster to cluster part and a business to business part.
