The Enterprise Europe Network at Hessen Trade & Invest is organising a company mission for international chemistry startups to Frankfurt/Germany. The event title "Chem-Match: Corporates meet Startups" mirrors the aim - to bring together startups and corporates to discuss possible cooperations.
In the open innovation process, corporates seek new ideas for promising technologies also outside their company. Startups, the "laboratories of the future", are ideal for this, as they make a significant contribution to the industry's ability to innovate and maintain its competitiveness.
With this event, Hessen Trade & Invest wants to promote the collaboration of startups with established companies and corporations. The event targets established chemical companies and international startups in the fields of chemistry, biotechnology, bioelectronics, digital process management/innovation management, digital innovations.
On 10 October 2019, a matchmaking event will be organised in the framework of the CIEX conference. CIEX is an international conference for R&D and innovation experts from the consumer, industrial and specialty chemical sectors. By bringing together all players across the value chain, it offers unique platform for participants to learn, exchange ideas, and collaborate. 20 startups with the most confirmed meetings benefit from a free one-day participation in the CIEX conference on 10 October.
On 11 October 2019, selected international startups get the opportunity to pitch in front of chemistry companies located in the Industriepark Höchst. Industriepark Höchst is an innovative chemical and pharmaceutical location in the heart of Europe and one of the largest industrial parks in Germany. More than 90 companies, mainly from the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology and services sectors, have settled here.
Participation in the matchmaking event as well as in the pitching event are free of charge.
Target group for the pitching event are international startups from chemistry, biotechnology, bioelectronics, digital process management, innovation management and digital innovations. The matchmaking event is open for all kind of companies.
