For the ninth consecutive year, EEN Egypt is organizing the Annual Visit of the Egyptian-Belgian Business Association on to Belgium that will take place from June 17-19, 2019. EBBA is looking to meet potential Business partners from Belgium in various fields indicated within the registration form.
A business forum will be held in the 3 cities: “Egypt and Belgium Multisectoral Business Forum” followed by a B2B Matchmaking event.
Brussels: on June 17th
Antwerp: On June 18th
Ghent: on June 19th
The forum will discuss opportunities for business between both countries:
Egypt has undertaken economic and institutional reform programs in order to boost growth and encourage investment. The New Investment Law of 2017 provides the guarantees and
assurances necessary for the private sector and foreign investors to come and invest. By introducing a number of tax incentives at the same time, the Egypt economy is set to be
competitive with other high-growth emerging economies as a destination for foreign direct investment.
The low cost of doing business, particularly after the currency devaluation, is a huge comparative advantage. Egypt’s
investment climate, safety and security, has been strengthened
tremendously, and Egypt has improved its ranking in the ease of doing business index, along with recent IMF and other ratings agency evaluations that testify to the Egyptian government's success in implementing its comprehensive economic reform program.
