Description
The CleanTech Community of Practice (CoP) Portfolio Day is organized within the framework of the EIC Communities Project, funded by Horizon Europe, under the coordination of EBN and implemented in collaboration with Prishtina REA, EEN Kosovo country coordinator as the thematic expert organization for CleanTech.
The event focused on Green Building, Sustainable Investment, and Cleantech Business Models, bringing together EIC-funded innovators, regional ecosystem actors, and European experts to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices.
The Portfolio Day aimed to strengthen collaboration across European and regional innovation ecosystems by promoting synergies among CleanTech projects, investors, policy representatives, and support organizations.
The main objective was to foster cross-border cooperation and accelerate the green and renewable transition through innovation, investment, and knowledge exchange within the EIC CleanTech portfolio.
Specific goals included:
• Encouraging collaboration among EIC projects in the CleanTech and Green Building domains.
• Identifying barriers and enablers to financing and scaling cleantech innovation.
• Sharing successful business models and policy mechanisms supporting sustainable construction and green technologies.
• Strengthening regional participation from the Western Balkans and other emerging markets in EU CleanTech networks.
