Russian Union of Innovation and Technology Centers in cooperation with Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology (Enterprise Europe Network - Russia), Skolkovo Foundation and Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation are running The Third Global Congress of Innovative Infrastructure Organizations for Small and Medium Enterprises Support that will take place in Moscow on 17th of October, 2018 during the Open Innovations forum (15th -17th of October, 2018).
The event is held with support of Russian authorities and the attendees include Russian highest officials, regional companies and public servants, key development institutions, as long as foreign guests. The annual Open Innovations forum, which is the host venue for the Congress, has been held in Moscow since 2012 under the aegis of the Government of the Russian Federation and is rightfully considered a unique discussion platform for participants in the formation of an innovative ecosystem.
The main sections of the Congress are the following:
