The webinar and matchmaking bring together entities in Portugal and in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein that are interested in cooperation on blue growth in Portugal.
The aim is that participants find partners and apply for project funding through three calls for proposals that are currently open.

Participants from Portugal can be any enterprise, especially SMEs, working in the blue economy. Participants from Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein can be any entity interested in the blue economy and cooperation with Portugal, e.g. enterprises or R&D institutions.
The programme is implemented through projects selected through open calls. Portuguese enterprises can apply for project funding to the calls, and applications with partners from Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein are prioritised.
