Business after Brexit - Where do we go from here?
Status and prospects for business with the United Kingdom
Negotiations on future relations between the European Union and the United Kingdom have been stalled by the Covid-19 pandemic. There is very little time to negotiate a comprehensive agreement as agreed before the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020.
The German CCI organisation has long been formulating the demands of industry on the content of this agreement. But what about the necessary measures to be taken by the British government, what impact will the withdrawal have on the so-called key industries and what must German companies with business relations to the UK do once the expected third country status has become reality?
Ilka Hartmann, Managing Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany (BCCG), Berlin, and Mathias Dubbert, Head of the department European Policy & EU Foreign Trade Promotion at the office of the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) in Brussels, will speak on these topics. V. (DIHK) and will answer your questions about Brexit.
This event has been orginally planned as seminar, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic it has been transformed into a webinar., which will be held in German language.
