Innovation Norway’s vision is “We give local ideas global opportunities” and it is the Norwegian Government's main instrument for innovation and development of Norwegian enterprises and industry, as well as being the Government’s official trade representative abroad. Innovation Norway offers financing, networks, promotional-, competence- and advisory services. Innovation Norway has regional development as major task and is present in all Norwegian counties, where the businesses are. Innovation Norway has skills and competencies within a broad range of internationalisation and innovation services targeted at SMEs. Innovation Norway has three major focus areas: Entrepreneurship and SME growth.
