Bulgarian company with more than thirty years of experience and expertise in the steelworks and plateworks fabrication. The company's production shop is located just in the heart of Bulgaria, which gives the advantage to export their goods by road transportation on West and North, by sea on East and by river on North. They are specialized in the following fields of activities:
• Production and assembly of steel structures for halls and metal buildings for various purposes;
• Fabrication and assembly of metal structures for industrial and infrastructure projects - load-bearing structures for mechanical process equipment, piperacks for pipelines, frames of various facilities and others;
• Manufacture of plateworks for various functions: stainless steel and carbon steel silos and tanks, hoppers, air and gas ducts, belt conveyors and other non-standard equipment for industrial purposes.
The company works under the customers design documentation: technical specifications and detailed drawings.
The scope of fabrication work comprises:
- Steel buildings - steel structures for halls of production, storage and retail facilities and other premises without any limitation of the area and the purposes; production shops and buildings, metal warehouses, covered sheds and other forms of storage areas; steel buildings for agricultural needs - steel storage-houses and sheds; steelwork structures for buildings and farms in the field of stock breeding: poultry farms, dairy farms, sheep farms and goat farms based on preliminary design documentation; logistics complexes and commercial centers;
- Structural steelwork for industrial and infrastructure projects; precise and heavy structures, subject of heavy loads, support steel structures for mechanical process equipment and vessels, piperacks, steel frames and foundations for various equipment, steel structures for transport equipment.
- Platework - steel items made of plates processing, plasma cutting, bending, rolling and welding, i.e.:
Steel silos particularly in the cement, treatment industry, foods&beverages sector, glass industry, paper production sector and many others. Depending on the silos installation place, they could be fabricated as pre-rolled plates and assembled on site, or they are completely finished in the workshop and installed on site as a single unit.
- Carbon & stainless steel air-ducts, flue gas ducts, hoppers and chutes; sectional prefabricated sidewalls and stainless steel technological doors (closure heads) for filtering systems, both parts of modular asphalt mixing plants; stacks, stack supports, row gas ducts, air ducts, elbows, aspirators for these plants.
- Non-standard equipment: - Containers for modular asphalt mixing plants, which comprises fabrication of frame made up of profiled metal structure, internal chambers, valves, wiring, mineral wool insulation and cladding of profiled sheet metal; steel components for these mixing plants such as platforms, gratings, ladders, steps, dust-collecting hoppers; large sized structural steel for foundations of the asphalt mixing plants.
- Dust collection equipment and parts for it: electrostatic precipitators, bag filters; furnaces and housings for equipment, parts for various process equipment.
- Port equipment - safety steel fenders panels with torsion arm assembly, tubular pontoons, navigation buoys, mooring buoys, walkways, specific access platforms, floating bollard.

With the investments made over the past ten years, they turned their production base into a factory for structural steelworks’ manufacturing, with efficient covered area of around 6 000 sq.m., equipped with highly-productive and automated machinery from the last generation, such as:
Shot blasting chamber for raw material and fabricated steel items; CNC plasma cutting machine for thiner plates; CNC gas-flame cutting machine for thicker plates; CNC sawing machines; CNC profiles and plates drilling machine; CNC plates punching machine; CNC press brake; Rolling machines; Modern ESAB welding machines; Airless painting equipment.
This makes the company one the most well-equipped manufacturer of steelworks and plateworks in Bulgaria.
The key advantage is the highly efficient and precise equipment in the various production phases, which allows t production of large quantities of steel structures at optimal cost price. The company work with qualified welders, certified as per the standard BDS EN ISO 9606-1, welding processes: 111, 135, 141, 81 and use approved welding procedures.
The company is able to meet all the requirements in terms of:
• the welded joints testing - destructive and non-destructive tests;
• specific requirements for the anti-corrosion protection - approved procedures and tests for surface preparation, painting systems’ application and further inspections comprising various tests on the coating quality as roughness test, salt test, visual examination, dry/wet film thickness test, adhesion test, holiday test.
In 2024, the company invested in a robotic production line for assembly and welding of structural steel and and some non-standard. This was the first system installed in Bulgaria and is considered innovative even among Western European steel fabricators - RSSA Agen Duo system includes: ABB welding robot IRB 1660-6/1.55, Fronius welding machine TPS 500i, ABB scanning and assembly robot IRB 6700-245/3.00, and Agen automatic profile holders and rotators. - Stage of Development
