French SME offering advanced cleaning processes for sensitive surfaces, adapted to the type of contaminant to remove.
Examples of specific equipments for precision cleaning and surface treatments are:
- aqueous processes (immersion or spray) by using a high purified water quality, combined with liquid ultrasonic cavitation and vacuum
- cryogenic spray (projection of mini crystals of CO2, combining mechanical action and solubilization of various pollutants)
- vacuum plasma (generation of reactive gaseous plasmas adapted to molecular and microbial contaminations removal)
- supercritical CO2 (use of supercritical fluid for molecular extraction/separation and sterilization)
- dry cleaning processes (ionic air blowing combined with suction, electrostatic processes)
The company, with more than 28 years of experience, has an extensive expertise in measurements and advanced characterization of contamination, adapted to the part and type of pollutant to detect (particles, ions, metals, organics...).
The company is seeking technical collaborations with enterprises or laboratories working in specific area of critical contamination management.
Partners are expected to perform assessments and evaluations of cleaning processes performance, in order to optimize part cleanliness and contamination control.
The collaboration could take place within a collaboration contract or as a project proposal under EUROSTARS, HORIZON EUROPE or another European funding scheme.

- Generally, the partner is developing specific products that require a high degree of cleanliness for the final use (sometimes at intermediate steps of the manufacturing process). Depending on the parts materials and type of pollutant to remove, dedicated cleaning or decontamination processes need to be addressed. The partner will have to provide the representative samples that can be tested according to various surface treatments, and evaluated with regards to the contaminant removal efficacy.
