Summary

Summary:
A Swedish company specialised in energy management has developed a smart energy efficiency tool, a Software as a Service (SaaS) that uses machine learning algorithms to analyse, control and improve heating-, cooling-, ventilation systems in buildings and industrial facilities. The tool helps property owners reduce energy waste and costs. They are looking for companies within property sector that are interested in energy management to test and adopt the tool for their specific needs.

Description

Description:

Today, about 35% of the EU's buildings are over 50 years old and almost 75% of the building stock counts as energy inefficient. Only heating and cooling of buildings and industries accounts to approximately 50% of the EU's annual energy consumption, thus being a sector with great potential to reduce its the environmental footprint.

To respond to this challenge, the Swedish company has developed an energy efficiency tool - a Software as a Service (SaaS) for the construction/building sector. The tool uses machine learning algorithms to analyse and control heating-, cooling-, ventilation systems and machines in buildings and industrial facilities.

This tool provides property owners and tenants an easy to install and automated solution that optimise their consumption of energy to reduce energy waste and costs. The energy management tool measure the energy consumption, log, analyse the data and visualise the results.

The tool is able to optimise operations in real time through the embedded function of machine learning. By being able to predict energy need, based on collected data, the tool can adjust energy consumption at particular time. The tool has the ability to process data and give suggestions of energy saving solutions and present accurate payback time (years) and yield (%).

The Swedish company is interested in commercial and technical cooperation, preferably with European real estate property and industrial facility owners (companies) to test and adapt the tool for their buildings and industrial facilities.

Advantages & innovations

Cooperation plus value:
The energy management tool is an easy-to-understand software with advanced technology. The advantages are: - Time saving - by being easily installed and digital monitored and adopted. - Energy & cost saving, potential heating/cooling savings by control of heating, cooling and ventilation equipment are between 15% and 50%. - Process collected data to suggest energy effective solutions
