We have been processing and assembling stainless steel on behalf of third parties for over 35 years to produce complex assemblies, machine parts, semi-finished products and components for large and medium-sized structured companies, operating both in Italy and internationally and in various sectors: from the medical to food processing, Ho.Re.Ca., and packaging, to name just a few examples.
Above all, we provide a structured service that covers the entire logistics process, including: technical consultancy, design, engineering, raw material purchasing, supplier coordination, lean production, assembly and final testing.
We take care of our production process in a meticulous and at the same time flexible way, coordinating all parties involved so that high quality standards are met at every stage and to ensure timely deliveries, eliminating waste and delays.
This is the approach that allows us to meet the needs of companies operating in various sectors, thanks also to our modern and technologically advanced machinery. In addition to various automated sheet metal working systems (for laser cutting, laser combined punching, bending, pressing, brushing), we have a dedicated area for milling, welding, robotic and non-robotic surface treatment, as well as a large assembly area.
Ensuring flawless products and improving our services every day is not an easy task, but it is of primary importance to us. For this reason, we carry out careful checks at all stages of processing, and we also strongly believe that a close relationship with our customers is the key to further improving ourselves. Our quality management system has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 1996, conforming to all subsequent revisions.
We believe that working in a safe and healthy environment is essential. In fact, we ensure that the air quality in our production departments is periodically checked, to guarantee a healthy and uncontaminated working environment, and we have chosen for several years now to obtain ISO 45001:2018 certification.
In 2021 and then again in 2024 we strengthened our commitment to quality, workplace safety and care for the environment by renewing the ISO 9001: 2015 certifications and integrating the ISO 45001: 2018 certification with ISO 14001, which defines the environmental management standards.
Our welders are certified according to UNI EN ISO 9606-1:2017 and meet the requirements of the latest standards. The quality of our welds is also certified according to UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021.
This certification attests to the implementation of structured and standardized welding processes in full compliance with international standards and certifies the reliability of processes managed by highly qualified personnel endowed with the skills and capabilities to perform quality welding.

We are a manufacturer of stainless-steel components.
We carefully select the customers we collaborate with: mainly well-structured, medium- to large-sized companies operating in both the Italian and international markets.
We support our customers throughout every stage of the production and logistics flow: from concept and prototyping to design and technical consulting, up to the manufacturing of assemblies, semi-finished products, and stainless-steel machine parts.
We also assemble stainless-steel components with parts made of various materials such as glass, plastic, and others, producing subassemblies and assemblies at an advanced stage of completion.
We do not have many customers by choice. We prefer to collaborate with companies willing to work with us in a structured way, for example, through framework agreements that establish long-term partnerships.
We seek partners capable of ensuring a minimum annual turnover and with potential for growth.
Producing parts for our customers involves a constant and in-depth exchange of information and know-how.
We have found that dedicating a specific team to each production process is the only way to provide the right level of support and service.
The main sectors we work with include packaging, food processing, medical/pharmaceutical, bottling, catering, vending, electrical cabinets, professional ovens, professional dishwashers, and access control systems, among others.
However, the sector itself is not a limitation.
