The Romanian company, founded in 2018 and operating within the fintech and digital payments sector, addresses critical friction points in modern retail. Currently, up to 50% of consumers experience transaction friction during checkout (both online and offline), while roughly 30% express heightened concerns over digital transaction privacy and card fraud.
The company has developed a secure platform that securely transforms a user's face into a virtual payment card, enabling completely device-free, contactless transactions. The architecture consists of i) a SoftPOS Biometric Checkout System utilizing facial processing for in-store checkout terminals. ii) an integrated Loyalty Program and Customer Data Insights module that feeds merchant databases seamlessly during transactions and iii) a White-label setup designed for effortless integration into existing payment processor architectures and mobile applications.
