The company works for the empowerment of people and organizations from the approaches of human diversity (intersectionality), equality - gender equity and inclusion (D&I). It was founded in 2017 and since this date has been dedicating all its actions in the cultural transformation of companies and organizations for continuous improvement in favor of their human talent. It is a consulting firm of Colombian origin and owned by women that is dedicated to advising companies and organizations in the management of approaches (D&I). They accompany and advise companies through work routes to strengthen their DNA in gender and diversity. They carry out gender diagnostics based on data science with advanced AI technology, so that companies and organizations can make informed and updated decisions. They sensitize and inform the human talent to achieve the incorporation of the DEI approaches, generate installed capacity for the implementation of work routes in the prevention of violence and sexual harassment, female empowerment for the sake of economic autonomy and a life free of violence. All of this is based on a tool that is at the hand of the company 24/7, which is scaling both internally in the organization and to work in its supply chain.

The whole process is automated, the interpretation of the data collected from both the personnel and the company, in its D&I process according to the national legislation of the country to which it belongs.
