General information

Short Summary
Croatian manufacturer is currently in the final stages of the pre-development phase, having secured all the essential partners, cutting-edge technology, and specialized know-how required to bring our revolutionary soil cultivation system to life. This innovative system, for which we hold a patent, is set to transform soil cultivation practices. With a strong foundation in place, we are now poised to move forward with its development and implementation.
Full Description
Food production begins with land cultivation, making agricultural machinery production one of the most stable industries, even amid the challenges posed by the pandemic and other global factors.

The global agricultural and farm machinery market was valued at approximately USD 182 billion in 2022 and is projected to reach around USD 297.86 billion by 2032, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.1% from 2023 to 2032.

Industry leaders like John Deere saw their global sales and revenue rise to $15.8 billion in the third quarter of 2023, with a total of $45.8 billion in the remaining nine months of the year, according to their quarterly earnings report. Despite holding only 8% to 25% of the market share in agricultural machinery, depending on the region, John Deere's success highlights the industry's resilience and profitability.

Although millions are invested annually into innovations and improvements in agriculture, the tractor remains an indispensable tool for land cultivation due to its dominance in the market. For decades, tractors and related machinery have been the go-to solution, and little attention has been given to the environmental impact, energy efficiency, or the high costs of manufacturing and transporting these large, heavy, and energy-inefficient machines. This was largely because no better alternative existed —until now.

Our patented soil cultivation system is the first to truly revolutionize the industry by replacing the tractor. With numerous advantages, this system eliminates the need for outdated machinery designed for tractor use. Innovative system operates in a way that directly replaces the tractor, offering simpler automation, lower costs, and a more modern, compact, and lightweight design than existing machinery. All of these benefits have been validated by engineers from the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences in Osijek, Croatia.

The development of our system prototype covers several key areas, and we will collaborate with leading companies in the region to bring this groundbreaking solution to life.
Advantages and Innovations
Thanks to trends in the automotive industry, electric motors and batteries are becoming more affordable, compact, and powerful.

Electric motors offer strong torque, which is crucial for soil cultivation, along with numerous other benefits such as zero CO2 emissions, reduced processing costs, and lower maintenance expenses.

Additionally, with the advancement of existing technologies, the system's operations and control will be managed via a mobile app, enabling remote management through mobile data, cameras, sensors, and even drone monitoring for added precision.

The system’s auto mode is made easier by the precision of the side units, which determine the start and end points of every row. The first prototype will already feature this automatic mode, ensuring efficiency and ease of use.

There is high interest in our cultivation method, driven by its sophistication and cost-effectiveness. It is also user-friendly, making it accessible for older farmers while attracting younger generations to embrace this innovative technology.

The system is designed to endure harsh conditions, including heavy forces, uneven terrain, rainfall, and other external factors.

We have carefully selected the best partners for every aspect of the prototype's development to ensure the highest quality and performance.

Partner Sought

Expected Role of a Partner
Funds are required for several critical areas, including prototype development, testing, presentation at key trade fairs, employee salaries, transportation, logistics, commercialization, marketing, travel expenses, sales network organization, and preparation for series production.

Through market research and by understanding the needs of farmers, we’ve found that the system will be quickly adopted by current farmers and future partners. Its simplicity, ease of use, automation, and significantly lower costs — both in terms of serial production and land cultivation — make it an attractive alternative. Additionally, the system offers reduced transport, maintenance, and storage costs compared to existing technology.

The total cost for development, testing, serial production, and marketing is estimated at $4.94 million USD. While these initial costs may seem high, they are essential for creating a high-quality prototype, presenting it to the global market, and ensuring that each subsequent system produced will be much more cost-effective. This investment will allow us to produce a world-class, revolutionary system that will have a significant impact on the global market.

We have outlined all necessary costs to produce a representative prototype of our soil cultivation system. This system will be capable of remotely cultivating soil via a mobile app, offering all the benefits described earlier, including more efficient and cost-effective farming practices. The automation reduces the need for manual labor, lowers field cultivation costs, and makes purchasing the system more affordable than conventional tractor-driven machines.

Although we've already showcased our revolutionary system extensively in Croatian media, we are a small country. Our goal now is to present this innovation on a global stage, develop a robust sales network, and prepare for production to make a lasting impact on the world market.
