A Cyprus-based sourcing company working with major international clients is seeking reliable producers of salted and unsalted butter, as well as ghee (clarified butter), to supply the HORECA sector in Saudi Arabia.
The products are intended primarily for bakeries, pastry producers, and foodservice operators, with a strong emphasis on performance and stability in warm climatic conditions.
Butter Requirements
Formats needed:
Butter blocks (25 kg) for bakery and industrial use
Butter sheets (preferably around 2 kg per sheet) for croissant and pastry applications
Availability of both formats is essential to provide a complete product offering
Key Technical Specifications:
Fat content: approximately 84% (non-negotiable benchmark)
Melting point: approximately 33–35°C (critical for the Saudi climate and product performance)
Moisture content: maximum 10–11%
Application:
Primarily for bakeries and foodservice operators (HORECA)
Stability and consistency in warm environments are key purchasing criteria
Estimated Annual Volume:
