General information

Short Summary
A Czech SME offers a Microsoft-native software platform that unifies IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) in a single solution integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure. It centralises support requests, automates workflows and provides full asset lifecycle visibility, with AI-assisted incident detection and 24/7 self-service. The company seeks value-added resellers and software distributors with an established IT customer base across the EU and UK.
Full Description
A Czech SME specialised in IT management software has developed a platform that unifies IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) in a single solution built natively on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
IT departments in mid-market and enterprise organisations often run service desk and asset management in separate, loosely connected tools. This fragmentation slows ticket resolution, leaves asset data incomplete and makes audit and compliance preparation time-consuming. The platform addresses this by centralising support requests, automating recurring workflows and maintaining a single source of truth for the full asset lifecycle.
The solution runs on Azure and integrates with Microsoft 365, using the interface and identity environment that Microsoft-based organisations already operate. It provides self-service across devices, AI-assisted incident detection and virtual assistants that reduce repetitive manual handling. Its asset management functions give organisations lifecycle visibility intended to reduce costs and improve utilisation.
The platform holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification and is PinkVERIFY-certified in seven service management processes (including Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management). It also provides functionality supporting compliance with frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, NIST, NIS2 and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
The solution is already on the market and used by enterprise and mid-market organisations in several countries (Panasonic, Heineken, Toyota, Veolia, BKL, EIP, CRFS, Phoenix, Linet, Notino, Rossmann…). The company now seeks value-added resellers, software distributors and IT service providers in other European markets to introduce, resell, implement and support the platform locally under commercial and supplier agreements. The objective is to establish medium- to long-term channel partnerships in the target territories.

Partner Sought

Expected Role of a Partner
The company is looking for channel partners under commercial and supplier agreements to bring the platform to their local markets. Two complementary partner roles are relevant.

Direct-channel partners — value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs) and IT solution integrators — sell to and serve end customers directly. Their expected role is to introduce and sell the platform to IT departments in their market, deliver local implementation, onboarding and training, provide first-line support in the local language, and (in the case of MSPs) operate the platform as part of the managed IT services they run for their own client base.

Distributors operate one level up, working through a partner network rather than with end customers directly. Their expected role is to recruit, onboard and enable a local network of resellers and IT service providers, provide those partners with commercial and technical support, training and enablement, handle licensing, ordering and billing towards the reseller channel, and run channel-level marketing and lead generation in the target market.

Both roles require direct access to the target customers — either an established B2B customer base of organisations with internal IT service and asset management needs (direct-channel partners), or an established reseller and IT-partner network reaching such customers (distributors).

Partners active in the Microsoft ecosystem (for example Microsoft Solutions Partners or Cloud Solution Providers) with an installed base of Microsoft 365 customers are particularly relevant.

The company provides the product, technical documentation, partner onboarding and training, implementation support and ongoing commercial support.
