The Danish company is specializing in sports nutrition. With the CEO and founder being a medical doctor and holding a PhD in nutrition, they combine their theoretical strength with tests together with Danish elite athletes to develop natural products designed to enhance performance in endurance athletes.
To further develop their business the Danish company is looking for manufacturers of creatine monohydrate in powder form of high purity. The product is to be used in sports nutrition products aimed at professional athletes, and therefore the Danish company has strict requirements for quality and purity.
In order to meet current EU standards and ensure doping-free, there are the following minimum requirements to manufacturers:
• Certified purity according to EU food and dietary supplement standards
• Analysis and test reports for heavy metals, microbiology and any contaminants
• HACCP or ISO 22000 at the production facility
Form and specifications for the creatine monohydrate:
• Powder form, fine and easily soluble
• High purity, minimum 99.9% creatine monohydrate
• Supplied in bags (typically 25 kg) or in standard format
Order size:
The Danish company wants to start with a pilot batch of a few hundred kilos (approx. 300-500 kg).
