A Greek technology SME with expertise in cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud computing and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions is preparing a proposal for EUDOROS Open Call 2, funded under the Digital Europe Programme. The company will participate as the Cybersecurity Services Provider (CSP) and is seeking an additional partner to act as the Cybersecurity Services Recipient (CSR).
The proposed project addresses one of the main challenges faced by Security Operations Centres (SOCs): although modern Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms generate alerts when suspicious activity is detected, cybersecurity analysts still spend considerable time manually correlating events from multiple data sources before they can understand the scope and origin of an incident.
The project will develop an Incident Investigation Module that extends existing SIEM capabilities by automatically collecting, correlating and presenting related security events in a chronological investigation timeline. From a single alert, analysts will be able to initiate an investigation that links relevant logs, highlights suspicious activities and provides direct access to the original evidence. Rather than replacing digital forensic tools, the solution aims to accelerate the initial investigation phase, enabling faster and more informed incident response.
The consortium is seeking an organisation eligible to participate as a Cybersecurity Services Recipient (CSR) under the EUDOROS Open Call. The selected partner will deploy the solution within its operational ICT environment, participate in pilot testing, validate its performance using realistic cybersecurity scenarios and provide operational feedback to support further development and optimisation.
Potential partners include medium-sized or large organisations, public authorities, healthcare providers, universities, research organisations or operators of critical infrastructure with established ICT environments and a genuine need to strengthen cybersecurity preparedness.
The proposal will be submitted to EUDOROS Open Call 2 (DIGITAL-ECCC-2023-DEPLOY-CYBER-04). The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 31 July 2026, while the call deadline is 7 August 2026. The anticipated project budget is approximately €90,000, with funding allocated to both the technology provider and the pilot organisation. - Advantages and Innovations

The consortium seeks a Cybersecurity Services Recipient (CSR) eligible under the EUDOROS Open Call. Suitable partners include medium-sized or large enterprises, public authorities, universities, research organisations, healthcare providers or operators of critical infrastructure with established ICT infrastructures.
The selected partner will:
• provide an operational environment for deployment and pilot validation of the proposed solution;
• collaborate with the technology provider during integration and configuration activities;
• participate in testing using realistic cybersecurity scenarios and incident response exercises;
• evaluate the solution's usability, effectiveness and operational benefits;
• provide technical and user feedback to support refinement of the solution throughout the project; and
• contribute to dissemination and validation activities required by the EUDOROS project.
The collaboration will be carried out under a research and development cooperation agreement.
