Full Description
As emphasized by the European Commission in these policies, cyber security is particularly important for cluster 3, security for civil society – resilience of infrastructure ( work programme). The North of France company is a cybersecurity company with a staff of 1. Their areas of expertise are: training, auditing, securing IT systems infrastructures (IoT), and crisis management preparedness. Theirs customers range from major accounts (e.g. SMEs) to start-ups and local authorities. They are developing a cyber crisis management training tool.
They are interested in joining proposals on the following topics in cluster 3 – Resilient Infrastructure :
- HORIZON-CL3-2024-INFRA-01-01 : open topic
- HORIZON-CL3-2024-INFRA-01-02 : Resilient and secure urban planning and new tools for EU territorial entities
They can propose the following contributions:
a- Evaluation of the resilience of an urban and peri-urban environment, identification of weaknesses and recommendations for changes to organizational processes;
b- Security and resilience of digital and connected infrastructure :
- Cyber threat assessment : prioritisation and categorisation of risks
- Analysis of risk scenarii and impact
- identification of weaknesses
- Consulting services, providing recommendations on how to improve infrastructure security, capabilities and processes
c- Preparedness for cyber threats and incidents:
- Build an IT crisis management training tool integrating both technical and organisational and train participants to manage situations by making decisions
- Generating different scenarios throw the usage of AI based on real-life exercises.

In 2024, the company was awarded a European Horizon Europe project as a partner in a consortium of 18 partners.
This project, in the healthcare field, aims to facilitate the characterization of certain vital emergencies by emergency services at the point of care, in order to speed up and improve patient care.
They will manage the cyber risk throughout the project and ensure the security of the system developed, by making recommendations on the architecture and carrying out penetration tests to detect vulnerabilities.
Thanks to this experience, the cyber expertise of this SME can bring added value to workpackages linked to tool to improve resilience of the infrastructure
