A young German female-owned company is active in design and distribution of premium swimwear and lingerie for women with larger bust sizes and smaller underbust widths (Cup D–K, band size 60–80 cm).
The company specializes in collections designed for women with specific sizing needs. Key features include timeless and elegant design, exceptional fit, and the use of high-quality materials sourced from Italy, France, and Spain.
The company is now seeking a long-term partnership with an EU-based producer of swimwear and lingerie under an outsourcing agreement in order to start their business.
They are looking for a production partner who can take over quality control, dimension accuracy checks, material inspections, and precise small-batch manufacturing with a focus on fit and premium quality. Short communication paths, transparency, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought
- The company should have the following: certifications, fair and good working conditions for its employees, serial production according to model acceptance, detailed quality control, sewing in labels according to specifications, printing and attaching paper tags, packaging of products, professional cutting room with the necessary equipment: plotter for creating layouts, ribbon cutter, necessary special machines such as: triple, quilting, double-needle, interlock, Zigzag.

Looking for an experienced production partner in the field of swimwear, ideally specialized in large cup sizes (D–K) & narrow underbust widths (60–80 cm).
The ideal partner should have proven expertise in processing swimwear fabrics, laminates, and manual construction of cups without pre-formed padding. A proactive approach to process optimization is expected, along with experience in complex pattern construction and a strong focus on high-quality finishing.
Production within the EU is highly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the (premium) swimwear segment is required.
