This small family business brings 245 years of apple expertise. Now in its 9th generation, it produces organic apple cider vinegar alongside a distinctive range of sparkling wines and non-alcoholic organic aperitifs under a premium brand, all with the highest standards of quality. Since 1779, the company has stood for enjoyment and well-being paired with elegant design.
Its organic apple cider vinegars and the unique recipe with honey are traditional organic specialities. The pure, all-natural apple cider vinegar has been appreciated for decades for its many benefits in natural medicine and refined cuisine.
The sparkling cuvées complete the portfolio with their exceptional blend of regional Riesling sparkling wine and noble apple varieties like the Champagne-Reinette. Most recently, the collection was expanded to include two non-alcoholic, organically certified sparkling aperitifs.
