General information
- Short Summary
- A German manufacturer of modular pneumatic soft-gripping systems seeks experienced system integrators and machine builders for international cooperation. The technology enables gentle, adaptive handling of fragile, irregular or variable products and integrates with delta, SCARA and industrial robots as well as cobots. Applications include food processing, packaging, sorting, logistics and pick-and-place. Cooperation is offered under commercial or supplier agreements.
- Full Description
-
The German company develops and manufactures modular pneumatic soft-gripping systems and soft actuator components for industrial automation.
Its technology uses flexible pneumatically actuated silicone fingers that adapt to the geometry and surface of handled products. This enables automated handling of products that are fragile, irregularly shaped, slippery or variable in size, shape or positioning.
The product portfolio includes:
- soft gripping fingers
- finger arrays
- configurable gripper bases
- robot flange adapters
- spacers and suction cups
- pneumatic control units
- pumps
- related accessories
The modular architecture allows grippers to be configured according to individual products and handling processes.
Applications include high-speed pick-and-place, sorting, packaging, loading and unloading, bin picking and collaborative robotics.
The technology can be used with delta robots, SCARA robots, conventional industrial robots and cobots.
Relevant customer sectors include:
- food and beverage
- food processing
- packaging
- logistics and intralogistics
- pharmaceuticals and cosmetics
- consumer goods
- general industrial automation
For food applications, food-contact silicone materials and hygienic configurations are available.
The manufacturer already supplies market-ready solutions and aims to expand its international commercial presence through technically qualified local distribution partners. - Advantages and Innovations
-
The technology provides an adaptive alternative to conventional rigid gripping systems. Pneumatically actuated soft fingers conform to products with different shapes, sizes and surface characteristics, enabling reliable handling of delicate, irregular, slippery or variable products while reducing the risk of deformation or damage.
Its modular architecture allows the number, position, angle and spacing of the gripping fingers to be adapted to specific products and processes. This enables rapid reconfiguration when product formats change and reduces the need for completely new end-of-arm tooling.
The lightweight design supports high-speed pick-and-place applications and can be integrated with delta, SCARA and industrial robots as well as cobots. Hygienic configurations and food-contact materials extend its use to demanding food-processing and packaging environments.
A key advantage is the combination of standardised modular components with application-specific configuration. Integrators can build their own end-of-arm solutions or use customised grippers supported by the manufacturer’s application engineering and feasibility testing.
The technology can complement existing automation systems including robots, machine vision, pneumatics, conveyors and packaging equipment, allowing partners to address handling applications that are difficult to automate with conventional gripping technologies. - Stage of Development

Partner Sought
- Expected Role of a Partner
-
The distributor will actively develop the market for the manufacturer’s products in an agreed country or region.
The partner is expected to identify and develop customer opportunities, promote and sell the products, and build relationships with end users, OEMs, machine builders and system integrators. The partner will qualify initial customer applications, provide product demonstrations and customer trials, and offer first-line commercial and technical support.
The distributor should undertake local market-development activities, including local-language communication, participation in relevant trade fairs and industry events, and cooperation with local robotics and automation partners.
More complex applications and feasibility assessments will be coordinated with the German manufacturer. Where justified by market demand, the partner may maintain demonstration equipment or selected local stock.
The manufacturer will support the partner with product and application training, technical documentation, marketing materials, configuration assistance and engineering support for complex customer projects.
Long-term cooperation is sought. Country or regional arrangements may be considered based on the partner’s technical capabilities, market-development activities and commercial performance. - Type and Size of Partner
