General information
- Short Summary
- The German company has been producing special screws, bolts and nuts since 1848, manufacturing both custom parts based on customer drawings and standardized fasteners according to DIN, ISO, EN and ANSI. Production is carried out entirely in-house, using machining with an internal CAD/CAM department, forging technology and various thread-forming procedures as well as in-house testing laboratory for approvals and international certifications. They are looking for distribution partners in Europe.
- Full Description
-
The company is a long-established German manufacturer that has specialized in the production of screws, bolts, nuts, and other fastening components since 1848. Over its long history, it has developed a comprehensive in-house production structure that enables it to manufacture both custom parts based on customer drawings and standardized components that comply with internationally recognized norms such as DIN, ISO, EN, and ANSI. This combination of historical experience and technical breadth allows the company to supply highly specific solutions for demanding industrial applications.
One of the key characteristics of the company is the extent to which all major production steps are handled internally. Machining is performed in-house and supported by a dedicated CAD/CAM department, allowing for precise interpretation of engineering drawings and the ability to produce small batches as well as complex geometries. In addition to machining, the company uses advanced forging technology: its warm forming capabilities allow the production of parts with diameters of up to 60 millimeters and lengths of up to 2000 millimeters, while its heat-treatment facilities enable the handling of even larger dimensions, up to 300 millimeters in diameter and 900 millimeters in length. This infrastructure makes it possible to manufacture components that meet the specifications of industries with strict mechanical and thermal requirements.
Thread production is also conducted within the company using procedures such as piercing and pass-through techniques. These methods allow the creation of threads that satisfy high-strength and high-precision requirements, which are essential for industries where failure of fasteners would have serious safety or operational consequences. Alongside this, the company works with a wide range of materials, including titanium, various steel grades, and other metals commonly required in specialized engineering fields. It is also able to apply all standard surface treatments, ensuring that fasteners meet corrosion, durability, or environmental resistance standards depending on the intended application.
The company maintains an in-house testing laboratory that performs quality assessments, approvals, and certification procedures. This laboratory enables compliance with international regulations and industry-specific standards. The ability to test and document product performance internally is particularly important for customers who must demonstrate adherence to regulatory frameworks in their own sectors. As a result, the company is able to supply industries where product reliability and traceability are essential.
Its customer base reflects this focus on high-stakes applications. The company supplies fasteners to the nuclear technology sector, energy producers, and offshore operators, all of which require components capable of withstanding extreme mechanical, thermal, or environmental stresses. Its products are also used in mechanical engineering, the chemical industry, marine technology, transport and rail systems, as well as pump and shut-off technology. Across these industries, the company’s ability to deliver both standardized and custom fasteners makes it a flexible supplier capable of addressing widely varying technical requirements.
In addition to serving existing markets, the company is seeking to expand its presence in Europe by working with distribution partners. This strategy aims to increase market access for its specialized fastening solutions and to strengthen its position within the broader European industrial supply chain. - Advantages and Innovations

In addition to its technical capabilities and long-standing manufacturing experience, the company is actively seeking distribution partners within Europe to strengthen its market presence. The aim of these partnerships is to establish reliable channels through which its specialized fastener products can be marketed in a targeted and technically informed manner. Potential partners should be familiar with industrial customers who require tailored fastening solutions and should have the ability to communicate the technical scope, material options and certification standards that characterize the company’s product portfolio.
In return, the company provides partners with access to a broad range of manufacturing capabilities and product variants, supported by decades of experience and an established quality assurance infrastructure.
The company views its distribution partners as an essential link between its manufacturing operations and the industries it serves. By cooperating with organizations that can effectively communicate technical features, manage customer relationships and identify new applications, the company seeks to expand its reach while maintaining the high standards associated with its production processes. - Type and Size of Partner
