Since 2022, the customer has completed 360+ energy audits across 200,000+ sqm of building stock and delivered EU co-funded renovation studies worth over EUR 600,000 (ELENA, LIFE Clean Energy Transition). Based in Cholargos, Athens, the firm is led by Ioannis Liveretos (Civil Engineer, MSc, NTUA) and Dr Georgios Mitsopoulos (Mechanical Engineer, PhD, NTUA), heading a 6-person team spanning civil and mechanical (MEP) engineering. Services: energy audits, inspections and Energy Performance Certificates; nZEB and energy-performance studies; techno-economic analysis; HVAC/MEP and electrical design; photovoltaic systems; structural studies; building permits and licensing; renovation project management, for private and public clients.
