The Serbian company is an experienced provider of industrial software and automation solutions with over 15 years of activity and more than 50 international projects delivered. The company supports digital transformation across manufacturing, energy, utilities, agriculture, and smart infrastructure, with references in multiple European and international markets.
The company is seeking strategic partners for the joint creation and commercialization of industrial digital products through a joint venture or similar co-creation model. The objective is to jointly develop scalable SaaS/PaaS solutions based on validated industrial use cases and bring them to market with shared investment and shared returns.
The company is interested in technologies and solutions at TRL 6–9, including hardware and/or software, that can be finalized, productized, and scaled through a joint commercial offering. Meaning a low-risk, pilot-first approach:
- Joint definition of the product vision, scope, and business model
- Rapid development of an MVP or pilot solution
- Validation in real industrial environments or with reference customers
- Scaling through a joint venture, revenue-sharing, or equity-based structure, depending on partner contribution

The partner should bring clear domain expertise, validated use cases, and/or mature technologies suitable for joint product development and commercialization within a joint venture or co-creation model.
Specifically, the partner should have one or more of the following:
- Validated technologies or solutions (TRL 6–9) based on SaaS business model, including hardware and/or software, that can be finalized, productized, and scaled, particularly in the domains of water/wastewater, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and agriculture, such as:
