The Italian coffee roasting company, established in 1999, specializes in coffee blends manufactured in a certified roasting plant located in the Molise region, a territory with a dry climate and no air pollution (among major factors in the green coffee roasting process).

The company benefits from the in-depth knowledge and experience of the owner who is also a Master Roaster and a Botanist.

The distinguishig feature of the company, UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified, is the special attention it pays to:
• the selection of the raw materials: the owner personally visits strictly selected coffee plantations in Central America, Africa and Asia, in order to taste and select the best raw materials; at the moment, the company’s raw materials warehouse stores more than 18 different Arabica and Robusta green coffee, conventional as well as Organic certified;
• the production process: a) the roasting machines embody state-of-the-art technology able to guarantee a perfect electronically and digitally controlled roasting process; b) to ensure high quality standards, the production process includes three different foreign body selection phases;
• environmental and ethical issues: a) the coffee roasting plant complies to codes to support plantation workers, world biodiversity and ecosystem; b) the cutting-edge roasting machines allow to save energy and reduce polluting gas and flying particle emissions into the air; c) the company collaborates on some scientific and eco-sustainability research projects carried out by the Faculty of Agricolture at the University of Molise.

The company sells abroad more than 95% of its coffee products. In particular, it exports to:
• the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.) where it supplies exclusive hotel chains from 5 to 7 stars;
• the United States, where the company's coffee products are distributed through supermarket chains and gourmet shops;
• Hong Kong, North and South Africa.

Furthermore, the Italian coffee roasting company sells its products in Europe through the traditional selling channels (mainly restaurants and gourmet shops) and the Amazon European platforms.

The company’s trade mark is officially registrated in all EU countries, in the United States, Mexico, Switzerland, Russia, Iran and Japan.

The company’s product offer includes a wide selection of BRC for Food Safety, UTZ certified, Organic or conventional coffee blends available (in different pack sizes, suitable for many international markets’ requirements) as:
• beans, ground coffee (Espresso, Moka, Filter, Ibrik)
• E.S.E. (Easy Serving Espresso) coffee pods and capsules

In addition, two coffee blends are bestowed the prestigious quality label Italian Espresso of Quality by GITC (Italian coffee roasters Group).

The offer is completed by cocoa powder for drinking chocolate.

The Kosher Certificate is also available.

In addition to products under its own proprietary label, the company processes products with the brand of the distributor as well (private label).

Finally, the company offer includes two different coffee shop franchise solutions, featuring modulable elements suitable to be assembled in different locations worldwide, as moving solutions, small corners in malls/airport, as well as big coffee shops/cafés.

In order to further expand its market abroad, the company is:
• seeking distributors who would add the company’s products to their existing portfolio in order to increase their product range and therefore market penetration for a distribution agreement;
• seeking agents that have existing relationships with an established network of potential customers in the local market, under the framework of a commercial agency agreement;
• offering private label and coffee shop franchise solutions, respectively under the framework of a manufacturing agreement and a franchise agency agreement.

Expected Role of a Partner
COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT
The company is looking for Distributors/Agents as trading partners in Europe and outside Europe, well established with all retailers and with consolidated and proven experience of working with HORECA channels.
In particular, the partner's role sought should be:
- identify and contact potential customers through a variety of sources with a view to supplying products on a long term basis;
- provide advice on pricing, regulations relevant to shipping, supply samples and take orders.

The company is also looking for potential Franchisees interested in selling coffee products under the Italian company’s trademarked name, together with a wide selection of the best Made in Italy food and beverage specialties, under franchise agency agreement.

OUTSOURCING AGREEMENT
The company is also seeking partners for their coffee products for private label, under manufacturing agreement.
