An Italian Digital Innovation Hub, partner of the Digital Europe project “CoudCamp4SMEs: Boosting Digital Transformation for European SMEs” offers capacity building and training opportunities on high-demand digital skills for Cloud Technologies Solutions to boost the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the EU.
Eligible entities include only SMEs.
The DIH is open to technological agreements.
Full Description
An Italian Digital Innovation Hub, that is also an Innovation and Technology Center, is part of the Digital Europe project “CoudCamp4SMEs: Boosting Digital Transformation for European SMEs”.
The project offers access to high-quality and low-cost training courses focusing on high-demand digital skills for Cloud Technologies Solutions supplied by global leaders in cloud technology.
The goal of the project is to boost the digital transformation of medium-sized enterprises in the EU.
The pilot training programme will be delivered to around 400 SMEs and more than 1000 participants, tailoring the training to the specific needs of SMEs.
Courses were conceived within the 5 Pilots Countries represented in the project (Denmark, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Poland) that were selected to cover all the typologies of innovation performance of the EU countries - defined by the European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS) - to make sure that the training programme addresses the specific needs of the SMEs depending on their innovation level.
Courses are open to all European SMEs.
The project offers a common cloud training curriculum, content, and learning pathways for all participating SMEs, ensuring the same high-quality training standards and internationally recognized industry certification. At the same time, CloudCamp4SMEs will be tailored to the specific local needs of SMEs, and it will allow participants the flexibility to choose the training modules and content that are most relevant to their specific business needs.
The main aim of the project is to give European SMEs access to cloud solutions that will help them shorten the digital gap with large companies and compete with them.
The cooperation sought is a technological agreement.
Advantages and Innovations
The project will deliver a unique Cloud Training Programme, tailored to the needs of European SMEs who require in-house cloud expertise in order to understand and utilize cloud platforms and technologies to fast track their Digital Transformation journey, develop new cloud-based products and services, and adopt other key enabling technologies as:
- AI
- Machine Learning
- Data Analytics
- IoT

Eligible entities will:
• Increase their capacity on Cloud Computing (especially competences of business leaders and managers, employees, cloud architects, cloud developers, cloud security engineers, system operations engineers, devops engineers)
• Receive mentoring and support of industry experts;
• Discover the forefront of technology;
• Be part of a wide network establishing long-term relationships with key players.
