General information

Short Summary
Latvian deep-tech company offering kerb-integrated EV charging systems with Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) bidirectional capability and OCPP 2.1 digital energy management. Kerbstone-embedded chargers serve street-parked vehicles - addressing the 70% of urban EV owners without private driveways. Seeking strategic investors and deployment partners to scale across European cities. Active in national and Eurogia 2030 international projects spanning 3 continents.
Full Description
PC Group is a Latvian deep-technology infrastructure cluster founded in 2018, comprising six companies focused on EV charging, digital energy management, and renewable energy systems. Core product is a kerb-integrated EV charging system - chargers embedded flush into street kerbstones, enabling urban on-street charging without visual clutter or infrastructure disruption. The system is compatible with historic city centres and modern urban environments alike.
Key capabilities:
- Kerb-integrated EV chargers with cable connection point (users connect with their own cable or our ANT Energy adapter)
- Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) bidirectional charging from any kerbstone location
- OCPP 2.1 protocol implementation (first in the Baltics, currently in testing)
- ISO 15118-20 vehicle communication standard for V2G
- ANT Energy consumer platform: links user identity and household electricity contract to enable charging at home rate from any location
- Digital energy management with AI-driven smart energy flow optimization
- Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS) licensing model for network operators

Active projects:
- National EV charging deployment project in Latvia
- Eurogia 2030 ComEV international project (3 continents, UK pilot launching November 2026)
- Deploying first commercial kerbstone charging locations in Latvia.

The company operates across the full value chain: hardware design and manufacturing, software platform, energy management, and grid flexibility services. Our five-layer revenue model encompasses hardware sales, platform SaaS, energy margin, grid flexibility (V2G), and CaaS licensing.

Company vision: as V2G grid flexibility revenue scales, the cost of charging is progressively offset - moving toward zero-cost electricity for our customers through distributed energy balancing.
Advantages and Innovations
1. Urban heritage compatibility: Kerbstone - embedded design integrates seamlessly into historic and modern streetscapes without visual clutter, unlike traditional charging posts or bollards.
2. The 70% gap: Every major OEM launching V2G currently serves only homeowners with private driveways. PC Group uniquely addresses the 70% of European urban residents who park on streets - a market no competitor currently serves.
3. V2G from any street location: Bidirectional energy flow from any kerbstone creates a distributed virtual power plant from parked vehicles - a first for street-side infrastructure.
4. OCPP 2.1 + ISO 15118-20: Advanced protocol support ensuring full interoperability and future-proofing. First OCPP 2.1 implementation in the Baltics.
5. ANT Energy platform: Proprietary adapter links user identity to household electricity contract, enabling charging at home tariff from any kerbstone location - eliminates tariff fragmentation across charging networks.
6. AI energy management: Smart energy flow optimization layer with UK partners, enabling predictive grid balancing and optimal V2G energy dispatch.
7. Five revenue layers: Hardware, SaaS, energy margin, grid flexibility, and CaaS licensing - compounding returns at scale with path to zero-cost electricity for consumers.
