The Maltese team has developed a comprehensive cloud-based time and attendance solution, powered by Microsoft Azure. Accessible via web and mobile, it offers robust tools for HR management, time tracking, employee scheduling and absence management, tailored to meet modern organizational needs. The platform integrates seamlessly with a range of biometric hardware provided by the Maltese company, including facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, RFID cards, and hand recognition. Employees can punch in and out using physical devices, an online punch clock, or the mobile app, which features embedded GPS tracking for accurate remote attendance. The platform also allows employees to apply for vacation, both via web and mobile. Management personnel on the other hand can track and approve attendances and absences, whilst also managing their workforce by assigning working shifts for each individual employee. In addition, it also includes reporting and analytics for effortless data tracking.
