The company was founded in 2006, in Montenegro. The main activities of the company are design, development, implementation and support of telecom/banking/government/enterprise software in order to increase revenues and overall productivity.
The company has years of experience in telecommunications, banking, government and retail industries.
The company is looking for partners to resell the following software products, under commercial agency agreement:
● Omni-channel contact center solution with advanced functionalities, multiple integration points and automated reporting.
● Document Management System that can be modified to fulfill different requirements of educational institutions, healthcare facilities, governments and enterprises.
● Specialized CRM for banks and other financial institutions that supports customer facing sectors such as Sales, Retail, Debt Collection, Compliance and others. This software is used by 11 banks in the Western Balkans region.
● 3GPP platform for authentication, authorization and accounting of telecom services. The platform is in use in 8 telecoms in Central and East Europe.
The company is looking for partners for concluding a commercial agency agreement where the potential partner will operate as an agent and resell the software among its client network. - Advantages and Innovations
