"The Technopark was established in 2014 and became operational in 2017. The Technopark is built on a covered area of 75,000 m2 and comprises 25,126 m2 of rentable R&D offices in 7 blocks. 25% of the R&D offices have workshop infrastructure suitable for production. In addition to a total of 3 meeting rooms with a capacity of 10 chairs in the blocks, there is a meeting hall with a total capacity of 253 seats, a VIP meeting room with a capacity of 45 chairs, and a conference hall with a total capacity of 800 chairs that can be divided into two sections, where events such as training, seminars, and conferences can be organized with sound, light and projection equipment. The social and cultural needs of the people working in Technopark Ankara are met within the campus with the Nar workshop, photo and video studio, restaurant, cafeteria, indoor and outdoor parking lots, and playground, whose infrastructure is constantly strengthened with new machinery and equipment.
The Technopark is home to more than 340 companies, including 150 startups covering various sectors such as software, machinery, electrical-electronics, energy, medical and medical devices, autonomous systems, and defense, employing more than 2,500 people. Facilitating innovation, Technopark has a portfolio of more than 1,500 ongoing and completed projects. Moreover, the Technology Transfer Office of the Teknopark has completed 11 projects since its inception, with three projects ongoing. The Technopark possesses a mentor pool comprising 25 experts and an academician pool of 85 scholars." - Advantages and Innovations
- Our services as a Technopark include internationalization, foreign trade and commercial intelligence, incubation, proposal writing and project management support, technology transfer, networking, university-industry cooperation, intellectual and industrial property rights, startup/SME training, international competitiveness development, consultancy and mentoring, and fund management programs. The Technopark is home to the Nar Workshop, where advanced equipment such as 3D scanners, 3D printers, CNC machines, CNC routers, laser cutters, and machining stations are available for companies to use.
