Full Description
The Polish company is looking for an international partner from the EU with experience in Erasmus+. University or vocational school is a top priority but a really experienced company or NGO would be also possible. Preferred countries are Portugal, Spain, France.

The main objective of the project is to enrich the VET educational offer in the area of failure management in education, by preparing by December 2026, within and for the benefit of the transnational partnership, comprehensive materials on Failure for educators (methodological basis, instructions, tools, teaching materials) - in the form of publications and digital materials.

Specific objectives:

- increase awareness of the positive role of failure in the educational process (good practices, testing) -transfer and adaptation of positive psychology solutions to the needs of VET education (compendium of sharing of failure, dissemination
activities)
- providing a comprehensive set of tools for the vocational training of cadres and for use in their professional practice (textbook and teaching
materials)

Main results:

1.Materials for educators:
- handbook with lesson plans for working with children (6-15 years) presenting knowledge on teaching about failure -video introducing the topic of learning from mistakes -a set of ideas for events promoting the topic

2.Teaching materials
- inspirational stories
- target group work sheets - contain tasks systematizing knowledge, commands, exercises that students complete individually/group with the cooperation of teacher

3.Training program: plan, methodology, tools, time, expected results, goals

4.Compendium of sharing failure (how to learn in a dynamic, changing environment)
- tips for educators on methodology

5.Good practices: presentation of solutions already in use for analysing failure in the context of educational experience
Advantages and Innovations
The company planned activities so that the solution can be multiplied to other groups and areas, so that it was scalable and holistic - this will guarantee the sustainability of the application, the chances of developing the method.
