● controllers – standard lead time 4-8 working days (additional express service is available which shortens repair time),
● drive units – standard lead time 7-10 working days (additional express service is available which shortens repair time)
The process includes structured diagnostics, root-cause identification, repair/refurbishment and post-repair functional testing. Cooperation with international partners also includes remote technical support for troubleshooting, recommissioning after reinstallation, and resolving issues during start-up. Service progress is communicated through regular status updates (workflow/CRM-based approach).
