SIMAP GROUP, a.s. is a Slovak supplier and systems integrator of industrial automation and robotics solutions, based in Trenčín. The company has been active for more than 20 years and has completed over 450 installations for manufacturing companies in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It is an authorised Mitsubishi Electric distributor for Slovakia and the only authorised Mitsubishi robot service partner in the country. Its management system is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
SOLUTIONS OFFERED
1) Robotic and collaborative workcells – design and delivery of handling, assembly, palletising and machine-tending cells, including end effectors, safety equipment and programming. Experience with both industrial and collaborative robots (Mitsubishi MELFA, MELFA ASSISTA) and with the integration of other robot brands.
2) Machine vision and quality control – camera systems for 100% visual inspection, measurement, code reading and part traceability in production.
3) Laser marking and traceability – permanent part marking, DMC/QR coding and connection to production systems for full traceability.
4) PLC/HMI control and drives – iQ-R control systems, frequency inverters and servo drives for precise machine and process control, including retrofit of existing equipment.

EXPECTED ROLE OF THE PARTNER
• Under a supplier agreement: the partner provides the technical specification and takes over the delivered equipment; SIMAP GROUP handles design, build, programming, testing and commissioning, and optionally subsequent service.
• Under an outsourcing agreement: the partner assigns engineering work (mechanical and electrical design, robot and PLC programming, virtual commissioning, documentation) carried out by the SIMAP GROUP team.
• Under a commercial agreement: the partner represents SIMAP GROUP solutions on its market, or both sides jointly deliver larger projects with the scope split according to competences.
