Full Description

The company, founded in 2018, has a team of about 10 professionals from the field of engineering, prototyping and other product development services. Their employees have years of experience with product development directly for car manufacturers such as BMW, Audi, Ford and the PSA Group.

They have developed a guarded hot plate (GHP) apparatus GHP-XT. GHP-XT is a two-plate guarded hot plate apparatus with a vertical configuration, designed for precise measurement of the thermal conductivity of samples within a temperature range of 50 °C to 850 °C, according to a standardised method as per the EN 12667 standard.

Specifications of the guarded hot plate (GHP) apparatus GHP-XT:

• temperature measuring range 50 - 750 °C (optional 850 °C)
• specimen thickness range 30 - 110 mm (optional 150 mm)
• specimen thermal conductivity range: 0.03 – 0.5 W m-1 K-1
• sample size 500 x 500 mm
• thermal conductivity measurements according to EN 12667 standard
• self developed GHP Studio – control software
