General information
- Short Summary
- A Bulgarian software company seeks European consultancies, systems integrators and prime contractors for subcontracting, joint tenders and long-term software delivery cooperation. The company contributes architecture, custom development, systems integration, testing and production delivery for accounting, financial and other business-critical systems. Partners should provide access to relevant projects, sector expertise, tender opportunities or established client relationships.
- Full Description
-
The Bulgarian company develops custom accounting, financial, operational and other business-critical software systems. It is seeking European partners that manage client relationships, digitalisation projects, public tenders or larger technology programmes and require a reliable software delivery partner.
The company’s expertise covers requirements analysis, business-rule modelling, software architecture, custom application development, systems integration, automated testing, cloud deployment, monitoring and maintenance.
Relevant project experience includes:
- An accounting automation platform for a Polish accounting office managing more than 350 clients, including electronic invoice processing, calculations, document generation and validation workflows;
- A custom logistics and operational management system created for processes that could not be adequately supported by existing software products;
- A financial marketplace supporting investments, repayments, repayment schedule generation, different financial product structures and administrative management.
The company is particularly interested in projects involving complex calculations, document-heavy processes, integrations, internal platforms, workflow automation and the replacement of spreadsheets or fragmented systems.
Cooperation may involve commercial client projects, software subcontracting, joint tenders, consortium participation, white-label delivery or longer-term framework agreements.
The requested partner may contribute access to relevant clients or projects, sector-specific expertise, tender preparation, stakeholder management, project governance or complementary technical capabilities. The Bulgarian company can contribute technical discovery, architecture, implementation, quality assurance, deployment and continued support.
Each cooperation would be defined through an agreed scope, responsibilities, delivery plan, commercial structure and ownership conditions before implementation begins. - Advantages and Innovations
-
The proposed cooperation combines the partner’s market access, sector knowledge or procurement experience with the Bulgarian company’s software engineering and delivery capabilities.
This allows partners to pursue projects requiring custom software without having to establish every technical capability internally or maintain permanent capacity before a project is confirmed.
Practical benefits include:
- access to architecture, development, integration, testing and production-delivery expertise;
- the ability to pursue larger or more technically complex projects jointly;
- flexible delivery capacity activated according to confirmed project requirements;
- direct technical involvement from requirements analysis through production;
- strong emphasis on automated testing and validation of business-critical workflows;
- support for complete systems or clearly defined technical work packages;
- cooperation models covering subcontracting, joint tenders, consortium projects and white-label delivery;
- documented responsibilities, acceptance criteria and intellectual-property arrangements for each project.
The model can be applied across accounting, financial services, logistics, professional services, administration and other sectors where standard software does not adequately support the required business processes. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought
-
The company seeks partners with one or more of the following capabilities:
- access to active digitalisation projects, client requirements or relevant tenders;
- experience as a consultancy, systems integrator, technology provider or prime contractor;
- knowledge of sector-specific processes, regulation or procurement requirements;
- experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management;
- tender preparation, consortium coordination or public-procurement expertise;
- complementary capabilities in cyber security, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, artificial intelligence or enterprise integration;
- established project-management and quality-assurance processes;
- ability to cooperate professionally in English across European projects.
The partner should be prepared to define responsibilities, commercial terms, confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership and delivery expectations before work begins. - Stage of Development

Partner Sought
- Expected Role of a Partner
-
The partner is expected to identify or provide access to suitable client projects, tenders or digitalisation initiatives and contribute relevant commercial, sector or project-management expertise.
Depending on the cooperation model, the partner may:
- introduce and qualify relevant client requirements;
- lead or jointly prepare commercial proposals and tender submissions;
- provide sector knowledge and assist with requirements definition;
- manage the end-client relationship as prime contractor;
- coordinate stakeholders, reporting and contractual obligations;
- contribute complementary technical or regulatory expertise;
- cooperate during project planning, delivery, acceptance and continued support.
Under a subcontracting model, the partner may retain the primary commercial relationship while assigning an agreed software work package to the Bulgarian company. Under a joint-delivery model, responsibilities and communication with the client would be shared according to the agreed project structure. - Type and Size of Partner
