The company seeks to enlarge its product portfolio of switchgear and control and safety instrumentation through a cooperation agreement with a manufacturer of equipment for transformers and electrical distribution networks.
The supplier must demonstrate proven experience in the industrial electrical sector, with specialization in instrumentation, measurement, testing, and control of transformers and substation equipment.
In addition to this, demonstrable participation is sought in projects related to electrical parameter control, dielectric analysis, thermal monitoring, dissolved gas analysis (DGA), and predictive diagnostics of power equipment.
The partner must have the capability to provide specialized technical assistance, including commissioning, training, preventive and corrective maintenance. At the same time, it should have the availability of an in-house laboratory or technical service for equipment calibration and verification.
The supplier must be comitted to long-term collaboration, not just occasional supply, which means ensuring reliable delivery times, stock availability, and continuous after-sales support.
As for the partner's, preference will be given to companies established within the European Union, due to their logistical proximity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with European technical standards.
However, collaboration with suppliers from other regions will not be excluded, provided they demonstrate equivalent levels of quality, reliability, and technical support. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought

2. Technical Capabilities
- Competence in the supply, configuration, and calibration of precision measuring and control instruments, both analog and digital.
- Ability to integrate systems with SCADA platforms, PLCs, or other industrial monitoring and data acquisition environments.
- Expertise in technologies associated with online transformer monitoring, including temperature, humidity, pressure, vibration, and gas sensors, as well as industrial communication protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850, etc.).
3. Technical standards and Certifications
- Compliance with relevant international standards such as IEC, IEEE, ASTM, and UNE-EN, regarding testing, electrical safety, and electromagnetic compatibility.
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001), and preferably occupational health and safety (ISO 45001).
- Calibration certificates and test reports for measurement equipment.
